Presidia Privacy Policy
Last Updated: February 27, 2026
Anonymity Labs, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Presidia, an AI-powered practice management assistant for financial advisors (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to licensed financial advisors and advisory firms (“Customers”) who access Presidia. It describes our data practices with respect to Customer account data and data that flows through the Service.
Your end clients — the individuals whose financial information may be processed through the Service as part of your practice management workflows — are not Presidia users and do not interact with us directly. As an advisor, you are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authority and disclosures in place to connect your clients’ information to third-party tools, including Presidia.
With respect to data you provide to Presidia in connection with using the Service, Anonymity Labs acts as a “processor” or “service provider” as those terms are defined under applicable privacy law. With respect to usage and analytics data that Anonymity Labs collects independently in connection with operating the Service, Anonymity Labs acts as an independent “controller” or “business.”
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you create a Presidia account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials through Clerk, our authentication provider. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
2.2 Data from Connected Services
Presidia is designed to integrate with the tools and platforms you use in your advisory practice. When you authorize connections to services such as email, calendar, CRM systems, financial planning software, custodian platforms, or reporting tools, data from those services may flow through the Presidia platform. Depending on what you have connected, this may include:
- Client names and contact details
- Email correspondence and calendar events
- Meeting schedules and notes
- Financial account information and portfolio data
- Other professional or client-related data from your connected tools
You control which integrations you enable and what access you grant. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to connect your clients’ data to third-party services.
2.3 Usage and Analytics Data
We use PostHog to collect analytics about how the Service is used. PostHog is proxied through our own domain and may collect:
- Pages visited and features used
- Session duration and interaction patterns
- For logged-in users: your user ID, email address, and name
This data helps us understand how the Service is used and improve it over time. It does not include the personal information of your end clients.
2.4 Authentication and Session Data
Clerk, our authentication provider, sets session cookies to keep you signed in. On the Presidia Host portal, we use a single secure, httpOnly session cookie for authentication only. No analytics or third-party tracking is active on that portal.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Authenticate your account and manage sessions
- Process billing and subscriptions
- Respond to support requests
- Understand usage patterns and improve product features
- Send service and product communications (see Section 7)
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4. AI Processing — Important Notice
Presidia uses Anthropic’s AI models to power its assistant capabilities. Data you input or that flows through the Service may be processed by Anthropic in order to generate responses.
We do not use the personal financial information of your end clients to train AI models. Presidia’s AI processing is limited to generating outputs for your use within the Service. Anthropic’s data handling is governed by their own privacy and data processing terms.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with the following service providers who help us operate the Service:
- Anthropic — AI model processing
- Stripe — Payment processing and billing
- Clerk — Authentication and identity management
- PostHog — Product analytics
- Vercel — Cloud hosting and infrastructure
- 1Password — Internal credential management
- Google Sheets API — Lead and onboarding data storage
- ngrok — Secure tunneling for Service delivery
We may also disclose information: (a) to comply with applicable law, legal process, or government request; (b) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Anonymity Labs, our users, or the public; or (c) in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
6. Cookies
We use the following cookies and tracking technologies:
Authentication cookies: Set by Clerk to maintain your logged-in session. These are necessary for the Service to function.
Analytics: PostHog analytics, proxied through our own domain, to track product usage as described in Section 2.3. Because PostHog is served from our own domain, it is not blocked by standard browser-level tracking protections.
You may configure your browser to refuse cookies, but doing so may affect your ability to use the Service.
7. Email Communications
We may send you the following types of emails:
Service notifications: Required communications about your account, including updates to these Terms or this Privacy Policy, billing notices, and security alerts. You cannot opt out of these while you maintain an active account.
Product updates: Information about new features or changes to the Service. You may opt out by contacting us at support@anon.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any such email.
Marketing: We do not currently send marketing emails. If we introduce marketing communications in the future, we will provide clear notice and an easy way to opt out.
8. Data Retention
We retain your account information and data for as long as your account is active. Upon termination, we make your data available for electronic retrieval for thirty (30) days, after which it is deleted from our systems, as described in our Terms of Service.
Analytics data collected through PostHog is retained in accordance with PostHog’s data retention policies.
9. Your Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):
- Right to know: Request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale: We do not sell personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@anon.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
10. International Data Transfers
Presidia is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We currently serve customers primarily in the United States. If we expand to serve advisors in Canada or other jurisdictions, we will review our obligations under applicable local privacy laws and update this policy accordingly.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email to the address associated with your account, and by posting the updated policy to this page, at least thirty (30) days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
